If you have owned, been a senior manager in a substantial business, or have developed an investment career, and meet all the visa criteria you may be eligible for one of the 7 business visas.

All business visas, excluding the Business Talent visa, are an initial temporary visa and than permanent residency may be granted if you continue to meet the criteria. A lessor criterion is needed for the State/Territory sponsored visa class.
