Student Visa To qualify for Student Visa, applicant must commit to full time course, which he/she enrolled and accredited course in Australia. Upon completion of tertiary qualification may apply to remain in Australia permanently by skill stream. All Student Visa applicants must meet assessment levels that are determined by Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) on their country of origin. There are four levels nominated by Gazette notice. When lodging application for Student Visa, there are a number of requirements which a student must meet e.g. financial credibility, English level, good health & character, tuition fees, cost of living. After the grant of Student Visa, student must comply with visa condition imposed by the department to avoid any cancellation of visa.
